Councilor Crystal Smitherman votes in favor of pursuing the NCAA Basketball Tourney to return to Birmingham this year.
Last year, NCAA Basketball Tournament attendees gave the Magic City a 10.3 million dollar economic boost and Councilor Crystal Smitherman wants to see that happen again in 2024.
