| The city has completed phase 2 delivery of complimentary uniform garbage carts. If you received a new 96-gallon cart from the city in recent weeks, the new schedule begins Monday, May 1. Look for a letter this week from DPW identifying your new pickup date. If you have not received a new cart from the city, you will be in the next delivery phase later this summer.
